Sunfunkits are awesome I have 112 cells from them and I just got there prototype 16s battery case, I can't go into details because I'm testing it and but when they do release this to the public its going to demolish every other 48v because the sfk case is the only one with a thermoelectric chiller and water cooling along with heating. Full climate control. Incredible.

There are many others that have ordered from them but mostly large orders I think one guy bought 160 cells last year, however, most stay silent as many on these forums have SFK derangement syndrome such as steve_s due to there no tolerance unapologetic stance on grade B cells.

The people that have issues with Sun Fun Kits are NOT their customers, there is definite bias against them here. If you search for Sun fun kits on google the very first result is Sun Fun Kits Guy has no clue on what he is doing and is a diysolarforum thread; ironically which is how I find out about there load test video.

For me 18650store and SunFunKits are the only places to buy cells stateside; 18650 if I need them quickly and SFK if I want a someone state side to match luyuan prices (which they actually come out cheaper after all fees/taxes/shipping).

I'm up to my 6th pallet of cells from them no issues, arrives in 45-50 days.

Which makes me think it is very possible that if there was an issue with the order somehow, like a bad cell, they'd blame the customer. Maybe not, but just a gut feeling based on their attitude.

That maybe true but what matters to me as a buyer is that I get what I pay for at a reasonable price. As for the owners opinions, well opinions are like buttholes, everyone has one and they usually stink.

With SFK I know what I'm going to pay and I will get. My first order with them I called them and told them hey you have some bad pr on diysolarforum and the owner said you can pay with a credit card and here is my physical address if anything happens with your order I'll issue you a refund or you can call your credit card company and file a chargeback, finally we are us company under us laws you can sue us unlike people overseas.

Did not sound like someone trying to pull a con. Needless to say my order went through fine and since then I have had 2 additional orders and I paid with check to get the discounted price. The day comes where they attempt to screw me over I will be the first to post and let everyone know.

Getting what I'm paying for at a reasonable price and telling me the truth about the product I'm buying is what matters to me.

If you are going to accuse a company of impropriety then you better have your own house in order. My problem with Ray:

1. He accuses sfk of selling junk
2. He tells everyone to buy from Docan Jenny Wu
3. Docan has had multiple well documented examples with proof of selling counterfeit qr codes on cells that have been sanded off and new fake qr code re-lasered as well as very poor performance. Docan’s engagement in fraud and theft is unquestionable.
4. Despite being a member of the forums and seeing all this evidence he completely ignores this and keeps making videos of how great Docan is and only *Fake* Docan sellers are selling qr codes. It's all in his videos, even his latest video which is nothing more than an infomercial for Docan.

Ray is full of crap as far as I’m concerned, I don’t believe his claims of attempted doxing and threats to his life he claims SFK made or other nonsense like getting a permanent criminal record for stealing a cassette tape as a minor.

What makes its even more ridiculous is the hypocrisy of the same people that cry about sun fun kits are the same people who turn a blind eye when proof of fraud is exposed by docan and other ali sellers, when cells show sign of sanding and altered qr codes these chaps say “Well do a capacity test it will be fine” or my personal favorite “grade a or b is just marketing”. These are the same people that preach about ethics while they themselves are fraud enablers and fraud supporters!

I have been a customer for sun fun kits for 2 years and never had an issue with them. I physically went to their warehouse and got 66 cells and inspected a few myself, full test reports and labels on the cells and no nonsense.

I’ve recommended countless people to them including my neighbor who picked up 4 batteries from them while going to Florida and the owner told them if he wasn’t happy with them on the way back from his trip he can return them for a full refund.

So I find my experience as an actual customer vs some of the ridiculous claims people make here to be just absurd and it's always from someone that has never bought anything from them. So I’m all ears to hear from anyone that is a customer and has been wronged by sfk, please share and if not then go back to the peanut gallery and shush!

As for those dual threads vs single post, it’s up to the repackage what they want. Some people say proper dual threads (with helicoil) are “Eve factory spec” anything else is “resale grade”.
