(4) EG4 6500ex inverter install

If it is a common neutral it needs to be sized for 135A ampacity, aka #1 copper. This allows the neutral to carry the full 108A of one pair of inverters loaded at 100%. It will probably never see that much current since it would be worst case, but ...

Neutral from bus bar to main and loads panel are too small. Considering that it will only ever carry the unbalanced current. It should be at least a 1 gauge.
That wont fit in the bus. Can i add a bigger lug to the bus for the #1 like this?

You could use something like these:

Yea, thats what im talking about.
I have some 2/0 left from my batteries. Will that work?

What kind of DC disconnect did you use in between the batteries and inverters? and what kind of cool Junction Box are you using for them?
I used these. I needed more space between the inverters and the boxes tho.. It was a real pain in the butt to connect the communication cables with them that close. I had to cut the corner out of them but they do make a clean look

No matter what device i use i can not get this link to open. I'm trying to install SA on my PI. Any idea?
After you connect your phone to the Solar Assistant wifi, it might take 10-20 secs for it to completely connect. If the link still doesn’t work, you could try the Bluetooth option and see if you can connect that way.

I bought a raspberry pi 3b. Installed the os and it works fine. Bought the solar assist and download it on my windows computer but when i stick my sd card in there tgat has pi on it it says on only have 205mb, but in the pi it says i still have 27gb.

I tried installing solar assist on another sd card first but when i download pi is erases the solar assist.

So i downloaded solar assist onto the sd card in the pi, but whenit asked what app to open it with i dont know.... It doesn't look like the solar assist gide.. Im missing something..

The Solar Assistant installer already contains the OS. You don’t need to install a separate OS and solar assistant.

Well that might explain it.. I was like, what am i just not getting.. ??
Man, you've been so much help with all my questions and also with other peoples as well! You are greatly appreciated brother! ???

Well here's a update running the system in our normal day to day life.

Only need 2 inverters to operate everything normally.
If we need to dry clothes for some reason in the evening i have to 2 the other 2 inverters on. Dryer, hot water heater, oven, cooktop is just too much at one time for 2 inverters.

We haven't had temperatures here high enough to turn the AC on yet. 50/60s and night, and 70 low 80s during the day. I just installed 2 of the 3 mini splits and will try and finish the 3rd this weekend. That will give us 6- inside units so zoning will be alot more efficient. 2- units will pull 1700w, and 1- unit 2200w. That may change inverter usage as we roll into summer.

I've noticed if we ( 6) all take showers kinda back to back and turn off the hot water heater we can go to bed with around 89% and wake up around 73%, if i do not turn off the hot water heater we are mid 50%.
I'm purchasing a Rheem platinum 80gal heat pump hot water heater tomorrow and that should make a huge difference.
I believe im going to build a thermal water heater and cycle it through the 60gal water tank im taking out. Instead of trying to do DC elements

Will update the changes i see after this.

In the mornings and evenings the inverters are trying to switch to PV and off PV. The alarm keeps going off and everything switches back and forth. Is there a way i can change the pv watts or voltage to stop that? I didn't really see anything in the manual

It seems like you are in SOL mode.
It's a very annoying mode.
