Cell price drop

I've run into the same problem. Any time I use my VPN it fails to get there and I have to turn it off to get Docan to load and work. A few other companies have the same issue and going without the VPN always solves it. Try that and see if it works.
Unfortunately for companies like that, I'd rather shop elsewhere.

Actually if your going thru a vpn its kind of normal to get banned or blocked a fair amount. Bad actors use vpn's and when they misbehave going to a site they get blocked. This may be a single ip block or a subnet.

Later on another person gets that ip address or stuck in that range of ip's by the vpn service. They are not the bad actors of course but they are using the same ip range they were using so they are banned to till the ban auto clears later.

Also some hosting companies or users of the services use a third party list to ban bad addresses and if that list has the vpn's range in it then its banned too. Just the cost of enjoying the vpn privacy. The larger the vpn the less likely this will happen to you but any vpn runs the risk of the issue.

I think, the current cost is around $110~130/kWh now, but, Cost will go down under $100/kWh soon, no need to hurry if not urgent. Factory cost is around $50~60/kWh in China.

If it drops to $50 for 1kWh might give my uncle an upgrade. Not sure if that day will every come. Small system but he has acid batteries.

I'll wait until the price hits bottom and begins to rise again.
I won't get the best price. But I'm guaranteed to get the second best price that way. ;)

It seems that cell prices are starting to really drop - for those of us in Europe:

Under 70 Euro per cell if you buy 16. Granted, they're not in stock right now, but I'm hoping this is a sign of things to come. By the way, several suppliers on Alibaba (I'm not going to mention which ones) are already below this price.

Also worth noting that EVE recently came out with the LF560k cell:

I've been watching that site for the past 3 weeks. Missed the previous 304Ah round because I still haven't decided between 304Ah, the 230Ah, and the 105Ah.

Just crazy. A year ago I paid 525€ for a 12V 100Ah and then 480€ for another one. For that amount, It's now possible to build a 7.6kWh battery made out of EVE 304Ah A-grade cells.

Meh grade A prices have come down grade B should be half but is currently 70% of grade A cost... Too high IMHO.

Grade B 280 should be about $50.00/cell

What's your opinion on the 305ah Envision for $75?

I wish 280 Bs were $50, I'd order 48 yesterday.

Grade A 304 are hovering around $105 ish before shipping.

The most anyone should pay for grade B is 60% of grade A cost. so $63.00/cell is what they should be at current prices.

at $52.00/cell they would be a buy.

Also I would go and pick them up from 18650 in person; In fact I will try to visit them I am picking up an enclosed 5x8 trailer in Douglas Georgia next month so lets see what they have cooking.

My opinion is generally they are good but there seem to be one or two not so great cells in the mix and problems with welding the studs. I would definitely get a couple of the extras for spares.
I think these have come from a production run where they got too many that failed the test so they ended up scrapping the whole batch, maybe one cell in 100 was underperforming but they didn't feel like finding them so they just scrapped the whole lot.

Just a Reminder to follow up with UpNorthandPersonal. If you are buying from a CA, USA or EU warehouse the price will include VAT/GST Duties & taxes + S&H percentage as relative to location... Sometimes (often) there is a bit of "fluff" added to the costs as well. BE CAREFUL WHEN COMPARING !

I've just made an order for 13x EVE 105Ah A-grade cells and 150A BMS.

At 37.65€ a pop, it's a no-brainer. In total about 610€ with JK 1A 24S 150A BMS, for a 4kWh battery. DIY FTW!

I've heard a lot of positive reviews about this store in particular, just hope everything goes smoothly with the order.

Thanks for the heads up @upnorthandpersonal

410W panels for less than 100euros(incl 24% VAT) locally here in Finland

Yep - I bought those not so long ago:

Li dropped below 100,000 CNY per tonne today. I think we might see even lower battery prices in like 3months. Looks promising for Eve cars and diy solar guys. My hope to see 50 bucks per 280A cell might come true. :) There's other costs though not just Li to consider but hopeful.
